These treatments focus on reducing hyperpigmentation, dark spots, and uneven skin tone caused by sun exposure, aging, or hormonal changes. Our brightening facials incorporate potent ingredients like vitamin C and licorice extract to enhance your skin's natural radiance.
Microneedling is one of the most effective treatments for improving skin texture, reducing scars, and stimulating collagen production. At Face It Franklin Medical Spa, we offer advanced microneedling procedures that deliver remarkable results with minimal downtime. This minimally invasive treatment involves using fine needles to create tiny punctures in the skin, triggering the body's natural healing process.
Our micro needling treatments begin with a consultation to assess your skin and determine the best course of action. During the procedure, a numbing cream is applied to ensure your comfort. The micro needling device is then gently moved across the skin, creating controlled micro-injuries that stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin. After the treatment, your skin may appear slightly red, similar to a mild sunburn, but this typically subsides within a few days.
We offer various types of microneedling treatments to address specific skin concerns:
Ideal for overall skin rejuvenation and improvement of texture and tone.
Enhances the healing process and stimulates collagen production using your body's own growth factors.
Specifically targets acne scars, surgical scars, and stretch marks to promote smoother, more even skin.
This innovative treatment is designed to address a variety of skin concerns, from fine lines and wrinkles to acne scars and skin laxity.
RF Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that enhances the traditional microneedling process by incorporating radiofrequency energy. The treatment involves using a device equipped with fine needles that create micro-injuries in the skin. These micro-injuries stimulate the body's natural healing response, promoting the production of collagen and elastin, which are essential for healthy, youthful skin.
The added radiofrequency energy is delivered through the needles into the deeper layers of the skin, providing additional stimulation and tightening benefits. This combination makes RF Microneedling an effective solution for a wide range ofskin concerns.
RF Microneedling offers numerous benefits, making it a popular choice for individuals seeking significant skin improvements with minimal downtime. Here are some of the key advantages:
The microneedling aspect of the treatment creates controlled micro-injuries that trigger the skin's natural healing process, leading to increased collagen and elastin production. Collagen is a vital protein that provides structure and firmness to the skin, while elastin helps maintain its elasticity.
The radiofrequency energy delivered during the procedure heats the deeper layers of the skin, causing immediate tightening and stimulating further collagen production over time. This helps to firm and lift the skin, reducing the appearance of sagging and improving overall skin tone.
RF Microneedling is highly effective in improving skin texture and tone. It can reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and enlarged pores, leaving the skin smoother and more refined. The treatment also addresses issues like uneven skin tone and hyperpigmentation.
This treatment is particularly beneficial for reducing the appearance of acne scars, surgical scars, and stretch marks. The combined action of microneedling and RF energy helps to break down scar tissue and stimulate the growth of new, healthy skin cells.
One of the major advantages of RF Microneedling is the minimal downtime associated with the procedure. Most patients experience mild redness and swelling immediately after treatment, similar to a sunburn, which typically subsides within a few days. This makes it an ideal option for those with busy lifestyles.
RF Microneedling can be customized to suit your specific skin type and concerns. The depth of needle penetration and the intensity of the RF energy can be adjusted to target different areas and achieve optimal results.
Your RF Microneedling journey at Face It Franklin Medical Spa begins with a comprehensive consultation. Our skilled estheticians and medical professionals will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, and determine if RF Microneedling is the right treatment for you.
On the day of your treatment, a topical numbing cream will be applied to ensure your comfort. Once the skin is adequately numbed, the RF Microneedling device will be gently moved across the treatment area. The fine needles create micro-channels in the skin while simultaneously delivering RF energy into the deeper layers.
After the treatment, you may experience mild redness, swelling, and a sensation of tightness. These side effects are temporary and usually resolve within a few days. Our team will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions to ensure optimal healing and results. It is important to avoid direct sun exposure and use sunscreen diligently following the procedure.
The entire procedure typically takes about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area and the specific concerns being addressed.

FRANKLIN – Winning streaks and sitting above .500 are still something that’s taking some getting used to for Franklin High School football seniors. But they’ll take it, especially after several lean seasons off Hillsboro Road.
The Admirals improved to 3-2 overall with a dominant 32-3 homecoming win against visiting Nolensville (3-2) on Friday.
“It is big going 3-2,” said Franklin senior quarterback Brewer Wilson. “Just being over a 50% winning percentage is huge.”
Fellow senior Sean Gaca, who hauled in one of Wilson’s three touchdown throws, said the team’s camaraderie is leading to more confidence.
“I feel like we are trusting each other more,” he said. “We got the guys to keep going, and we are confident.
“We are just able to roll.”
Franklin opened the scoring in the first quarter with a 3-yard touchdown run from Jaylen Spring. Gaca followed with a 2-point conversion run for the 8-0 lead out of the gate.
Gaca also snagged an interception in the first quarter and an 18-yard strike from Wilson with just 1:34 to play in the first half on another busy night on both sides of the ball.

“I give a lot of thanks to coach (Josh) Adkins on this – he lets me play a lot of different positions,” the versatile senior said. “He likes to give me the ball, which is great.”
In the middle of the second quarter, Nolensville scored their only points of the contest on a 31-yard field goal from junior JD Kuhlman.
Gaca and Wilson pushed the Franklin lead to 15-3 on their scoring connection and the Admirals snuck in another touchdown just before the break when Wilson fired a 51-yard strike to Lucas Young as time expired.
“I was able to throw the ball to Wils (Jackson), Lucas, Sean and Jack (Flynn) – they came down with it every time,” Wilson said of his receivers.
Franklin senior kicker Wayne Wells nailed a 24-yard field goal to stretch the Admirals advantage to 25-3 midway through the third quarter.
The Admirals padded their lead early in the fourth quarter on a TD on 4th-and-goal from the 2-yard line as Wilson lobbed a pass to his senior tight end Flynn for Wilson’s third touchdown that provided the final score.
Besides the offense, Franklin’s defense impressed Friday, too. Nolensville entered the contest having outscored their last two opponents 80-0.
Wilson praised the defense for standing tall in the win and forcing plenty of three-and-outs.
“The defense had a huge day,” he said. "Coach Donnie Webb has got them right and showing out.”
The road doesn’t get easier for Nolensville, who will host Centennial in a Region 6-5A matchup next Friday. The Cougars managed a hard-fought 7-3 win at Springfield in Week 5 to improve to 4-1 overall.
Franklin will host the injury-plagued Summit boys at home next week looking to improve to 2-0 in Region 6-6A. The Spartans (1-4) were shutout by Brentwood (4-1) Friday, 31-0.
“I hope we come out confident,” Gaca said. “This game means a lot to us. We have coaches from last year playing for them.
“I feel like Summit is a big rivalry for us, and all the guys know and understand that. Going into film on Sunday, we just need to keep our head on straight.”
